Jentry's 2nd Christmas

Santa was good to Jentry this year. He brought her a little recliner and fun stuff in her stocking. Mommy and Daddy got her a wagon, books, and clothes. She enjoyed Christmas morning and so did Jack and I!Our silly Santa drinks the beer...leaves the milk and a mess...what will we do with that man?Jentry's gifts delivered by Santa, just waiting for her to wake up and tear into them!Jentry sitting in her new recliner opening her stocking and checking out her Lifesaver book :)After Jentry opened her gifts she wanted to be pulled around in her wagon, of course it was too cold where we live to do that outside so her parents pulled her around the house! After her rides she sat in her wagon and read her new books! She is a silly little girl.

PS Thank you Jack for the awesome Christmas gift. I enjoy them everyday! You are the best! Love you.

OMG...Meaning...Oh My Garth!

Jack and I took a night away from the princess over the holidays to travel to Nashville, TN and go to one of Garth Brooks' 9 concerts. It was awesome and we had great seats. After we went to the concert we went to Tootsies and enjoyed the band playing there for a little bit. It was a fun night away and we were so glad that Mimi was feeling well enough to travel to our house to watch our princess overnight! Enjoy some shots of one of the best concerts I've ever attended :)

Our little Hippie

Jentry is quite the little hippie...she wears Grateful Dead shirts and Flame Stocking Hats...and she's not even 2 yet...what are we going to do with her when she's 15?

Christmas, Christmas, and More Christmas, 2010

We are so blessed to have such wonderful families that we get to spend our holidays with. We had numerous Christmases that we enjoyed in 2010. We started it all off at Papa Jack and Deby's house, next was Christmas with Nana, then we went up North for the Kauffman Christmas and a visit from Santa (Jentry was having no part of it), and we finished it off having Christmas with Mimi and Pop at the Lake. Here is a quick snapshot of Jentry enjoying all of those celebrations!

Our little Gingerbread Girl!

This year I thought it would be fun for Jentry to help me bake some cookies...my sister in law talks about how fun this is with her kids, so I thought I would try it...what was I thinking?Jentry using her little spatula to eat pure sugar...

Eating her pure sugar...Being silly after eating pure sugar...Who can resist this cute little flour face?Apparently not this mama!

Helping Mommy with the Tree?!?

This year Jentry "helped" Mommy put up the tree. She did a great job of pulling all of the branches out of the storage bin...but when it came time for ornaments it was another story! She wanted to touch every single one! Apparently Jack and I were too busy telling her to stop that we weren't able to capture that part of the tree...or maybe she was napping...I'm not sure :(This branch was a bit big and while retrieving it Jentry toppled over...she does this quite often...with or without big branches...what can we say, she is a product of her momma!

She's a Rockstar!

We have a little rock star in the making at our house. One morning before Jack took Jentry to school he captured these photos. Thanks for the glasses Mimi! She also does quite a bit of singing these days...we might only catch some of the words, but she definitely knows what she is singing. Ring around the rosy, Twinkle, Twinkle, the B-I-B-L-E, and the Alphabet Song are a few of her favorites.

Little Jentry Manning

Jentry gets dressed for Colts games the same way each week...just like Jack does...I guess it's superstitious! She wears the same jeans, undershirt, and jersey. She is so cute in her little Payton jersey!
