Flying at night
If you have read any of my earlier posts you know that Jentry sleeps on a wedge at night. Well, she has gotten so long that we have had to change the way her wedge sits in her bed and now in order to see her mobile she has to use her neck muscles to lift her head to look at it. It looks like she is about to take off, this picture isn't great, but you might get the idea if you've ever seen her wedge before.

Jentry enjoys her bumbo seat
Our first rice cereal experience
Today I fed Jentry rice cereal with a spoon for the first time and I must say she LOVED it! I didn't know what she would think...she knows the taste of rice cereal from her bottles (it makes them a little "heavier" so she doesn't spit up from her reflux) but we hadn't tried a spoon yet...after calling some of my friends and family for a poll as to when they started their child or children on rice cereal I decided today was a great time to try it. Jentry was 15 weeks old this week and what better time...so here are a few movies of her eating her rice cereal! Enjoy :)
If you can't see the videos here we have them on our home computer also so if you're ever over we can show them to you! I'm also going to add a picture of her after her first rice cereal meal.

She can fly...
Well...she might think she is flying when she is on top of her Daddy's tummy! I couldn't resist taking these pictures this past weekend. Jentry and Daddy were having a good time together!
Our Riley Visit
Today we visited Dr Darragh, Jentry's Cardiologist at Riley Childrens Hospital for a check up on Jentry's SVT and murmur. They were still able to hear the murmur but barely! And everything else with her heart seemed ok. Dr. Darragh never seems too concerned with Jentry's heart which is good. We are to keep giving her digixon and return for another EKG and check up in 3 months. I guess that means things are going well. Oh...and we've passed the 10 pound mark and are 3 inches longer than when Jentry was born!!! Yay! I promised some pictures so here are a few that were taken this weekend...Jentry finally fits in her John Deere outfit that Mimi and Pop gave her for Christmas! We've been waiting FOREVER...or 15 weeks for this :)

Back to work...
Last week I headed to Jack's office to work for a few days a week. It was terrible to leave my princess Jentry...but my friend Liz says it will make it a little easier to actually go back to my "real" job in August. We are lucky to have family to watch her a few days a week and great friends from MVHS to watch her a few days a week. We really appreciate the hours these people are giving up to keep an eye on our little Jentry while I supplement my lousy maternity leave income! It is a blessing! Thanks guys...we love you! Sorry no pictures...but I will have some when I start work in August...and I have some from this weekend but I'm tired so I'll post more tomorrow :)
