She LOVES her Crocs

Jentry is a silly toddler...she is hard headed and has learned how to get her way.  Her and I went shopping a few months ago to get her a 2nd pair of shoes for school.  She needed a pair to wear in case she had an accident while potty training and peed on her tennis shoes.  Well...she picked out a pair of baby pink Crocs.  Let me tell you these shoes are not my favorite, but she liked them so we got them.  She likes them so much that she has started peeing on her shoes on purpose so that she can wear her Crocs!  ARGH.  In fact, she likes her Crocs so much she sleeps in them.  And when Jack tries to take them off after she is sleeping she curls her toes so he can't get them off.  Enjoy our silly sleeper in shoes.

This week I was feeling pretty down...then this beautiful floral arrangement arrived from my school...shortly after that a good friend stopped by and just like that my spirits were lifted! I'm looking forward to the visitors coming this week too :)

Playing at the Children's Museum

Jack and I enjoyed taking Jentry to the Children's Museum for her 1st visit this past week.  She loved seeing Dora and Diego and playing with all the other exhibits.  She especially enjoyed driving the backhoe! I have a feeling she is about a year away from REALLY enjoying everything our awesome museum has to offer, but we still had a really great time :)

Jentry's 1st trip to the Zoo

Last week before my surgery Jack and I had some time to do a few fun things with Jentry.  So on Tuesday we took her to the Zoo.  If you ask her what her favorite things at the zoo were she would tell you the tiger and monkeys.  But while we were there she really enjoyed all of the animals!  We had a fabulous day and Jack and I look forward to our next visit to the zoo with Jentry!

Oh yes, she IS a princess!

I absolutely love this little princess! She has her crown on, multiple bracelets, and a necklace! Also, that adorable smile is priceless and so precious.

This is what happens when you put your kid to bed and they get mad at you...apparently she wanted to go somewhere in her rain boots but it looks like she got too tired in the process of getting them on! Love her :)
